Christian and Pedro Luis were very responsive and helpful. They gave a complete estimate and stuck to it, reviewing every detail and making sure that were very satisfied. When they needed to completely regroup one area they did not increase the price even though we were willing to pay for the extra work. Chris was very sweet and attentive and absolutely trustworthy as we left him alone on the house for much of the work. He carefully locked up when he finished. We would hire these folks again in a heartbeat but won't likely need to for many years as the grout is perfect and well sealed. If we did have a problem they guarantee the work though for 10 years or more. Highly recommend these guys.

I had my shower looking moldy and with fungus all over the place also a few broken tiles but chris's team came and did an amazing job I was surprised when I saw my shower after they were done. I definitely recomend them to all my neighbors and Santa Cruz area. Just love my new shower again.

I had two bathrooms with discolored grout - used to be white. One bath has a tile floor as well. It got to the point where I just couldn't stand it any longer. These guys came by the day after I phoned, gave me an estimate that day and started a couple days later. They did a fantastic job - explained everything, showed me what they were doing and so forth. And they cleaned the hard water stains from my sink and glass shower doors. I had tried just about everything to get rid of the hard water stains - Soquel Creek Water District has very hard water. The glass doors came out spotless - years of hard water stains gone. The new grout looks like the entire tile job was just done (instead of 20 years old). Cleaned up the crud around my kitchen sink and resealed it. Removed the hard water stains on my bathroom countertop. Two Thumbs Way UP!

These guys are amazing! I thought I needed to replace the tile and grout on my fireplace hearth- Luis cleaned it and stained the grout. My contractor came by a few days later and asked me if I got new tiles! Saved me a lot of money and now I won't have to replace my kitchen counter tiles either! A+ from me... I called for a deep grout cleaning & had an estimate same day. I was unable to be at the apartment for the cleaning but Chris & Luis came through & made it all look brand new again. They were very professional & accommodating. They did a full cleaning, re-sealed all tile & grouted areas that needed it. I will absolutely use Smart Grout & Tile for all our apartment & rental cleanings. 5 Stars!
